plumbing apparatus, fixtures, appliances, ventilating equipment, toilets, basins, electric heating and lighting
~ plants, lighting Cxtures, power machinery, plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other ele-
vators. including passenger and othet elevators, venetian blinds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters, now ~

_ convey said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Mortgagee at all times peaceabty and `
quieUy to enter upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said land; that sa~d land is free from all encumbrances except as
' may be herein desetibed; that the M1tortgagor will make such further assurances to perfect the fee simple tiNe to
said land in the ~lortgagee as may reasunably be required; anJ that the ;~lottgagor hereby fully warrants the tille
to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims o( all persons whomsoever.
