' appurtenances the Noctgagor warrants shall be free from any encumbranc~s, retention of title or other claims in
favor of any other petson and that this deed shall be a first lien thereon.
TO t1AVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said property hereby conveyed, mortgaged, pledged or as-

quietly to enter upon, hofd, occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from all encumbrances except as J
