THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ~ day of

called the party of the first part; and MAMIE A. BROOKMAN,
whose mailing address is 1818 South 27th Street, Fort Pierce, ~
St. Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter called the party of the

W I T N E S S E T H:
That if the said party of the second part shall first
make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned
on her part to be made and performed, the said party of the
first part hereby covenants and agrees to convey and assure
to the said party of the second part, in the estate aforesaid,
and her heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns,
in fee simple, by a good and sufficient deed, the following
described property, together with all improvements thereon,
lying, being and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
