Also, a guying easement more particularly described as the South ten (10)
feet of the following described property:
Beginning at a point on the South Bank of Ten-Mi1e Creek ~
where same intersects the Sast line of Che NE 1/4 of the
S8 1/4 of Section 30, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
thence nm South forty (40) feet along said line, thence
run Northwesterly on a line that is at all times forty (40)
feet South of the South Ban1~ of Ten-Mile Creek to the East
right-of-way line of Selvitz Road, thence run Northerly on
the East right-of-way line of Selvitz Road to Che South Bank
of Ten-Mile Creek, thence run Easterly along the South Bank
of Ten-Mile Creek to the point of beginning, LESS the East
seventy tw~o (72) feet thereof.
t By acceptance of this easement granted herein, Florida Pawer ~ Light
~ Co~pany does hereby release, quiC claim and remise a11 rights, title
E and interest in that certain easement dated August 17, 1926, and
~ recorded in Deed Book 73, page 322; also, that certain easement
