6. PZaintiffs have incurred costs of $20.00 for the
filing of the instant suit and $7.50 for service of summons upon
the Defendant.
WHEREFORE, it is therefore:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, RUTH ELAINE
PHILLIPS, do have, receive and recover from the Defendant,
RYERSON & HANES REALTY, INC., a Delaware corporation, doing
business as HIGH POINT OF FORT PIERCE, the sum of Four Thousand
Seven Hundred Thirteen and 50/100 ($4,713.50) Dollars, together
with reasonable attorney's fees of $650.00, together with costs
of $27.50, making a total amount due the Plaintiff from the
Defendant of $5,391.00, for which sum let execution issue.
