and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, ~
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties ~

and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and ~
Wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between the ~

parties is irretrievably brokeiand should be dissolved. ~
~
It is therefore ORDERED as follaws: ~

~ 1. The default entered against the Husband, DOI~LD L.

I MATHIS, by the Clerk of this Court on March 12, 1975 is hereby ~

~ ratified and confirmed. :

~ 2. The marriage between DONALD L. MATHIS and BELIPIDA ~

MATHIS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each ~

? of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto- ~

~ fore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~

; 3. Custody of SI~RRIE LYNNE MATHIS and DO1~iLD LEE MATHIS, JR. ,

minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to BELIL~IDA MATHIS

~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to DOI~LD L. MATHZS.

DOI~LD L. MATHIS shall pay to BELII~IDA MATHIS the sum of Fifty
