Husband. : FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This action came on for hearing on the ~7zh day oi 'riarcn, i93~, and the Court, having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this action; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists between the Petitioner and Respondent and their ~ marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Petitioner, PAMELA KIRWAN WEDEKIND, and the Respondent, RONALD EDWARD WEDEKIND, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are forever freed from the obligations arising therefrom. ; 2. AGREEMENT. The separation and property settlement ag~eement ; s executed by the parties on the 3rd day of March, 1975, was freely en- ~ tered into by the parties after a full disclosu~e and under the circum- z x ~ ~ stances that appear from the evidence to be for the best interest of the ~ parties; and in its entirety, the agreement is incorporated by reference ~ ~ into this Judgment, and the parties are ordered to comply with all terms ~ ~ of the Agreement. ~ 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties ~ ~ - hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be just - and proper in the premises.
