This cause came on tor trial tne 2'Ith dayroi March, 3~3~,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties i

and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband =
and Wife now exists between the parties; the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
1. The Default entered against the Husband, DWIGHT M.
BIACKWELDER, III, by the Clerk of this Court on March 11, 1975

; is ratified and confirmed.

; 2. The marriage between DWIGHT M. BLACIQnTELDER, III and

' DEBRA L. BLACKWELDER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the

~ parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of ~

~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

3 arising therefrom.

` 3. The Husband shall pay and indemnify the Wife from the

; accounts of the parties with Master Charge, Bank Americard, Silver
Palace Pharmacy, Hinkle's Mobile Service Station and all regular
monthly bills incurred by the parties on or before February 10,
