This cause came on for trial the 27th day of March, 1975

and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, `
finds and determines: This Caurt has jurisdiction of the parties ~

and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and ~

wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It ~
is thereupon
j ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. The default entered against the Husband, J. M. PHILLIPS,

` SR., by the Clerk of this Court on March 11, 1975 is hereby ratified
