Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and ;

by him remitted promptly to I,FAH PHILLIPS. In addition there is ~

hereby assessed the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar as statutory costs ~

to be added to e ach payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall ~

be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the ~
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of ~

their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this

Order is in effect. ~
5. The Wife, LEAH PHILLIPS, is hereby awarded rehabilitative i
alimony from the Husband, J. M. PHILI,IPS, SR. in the amount of

Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars payable at the rate of Fifty ($50.00) ~
Dollars per month for twelve months commencing April 1, 1975 arid ~

the first of each month thereafter. The Wife is hereby awarded
possession of the personal property of the parties including !
furniture and appliances and the Husband shall pay and indemnify f

I the Wife from the indebtednesses owed to Badcock Furniture Company
~

; thereon. .

6. The Court determines the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) ~

~ Dollars to be reasonable for the Wife's attorneys for their services

herein and J. M. PHILLIPS, SR. is Ordered to pay Willes, Bittan & ~

~ Willes said sum together with costs herein assessed at Thirty- ~

; 7. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is

retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
