ORDER
This cause coming before the Court on Defendant's
Motion to Dismiss, and it appearing that all parties have
consented hereto, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's Motion to
Dismiss be and the same is hereby denied, and Defendant
shall have fifteen (15) days from the date hereof to answer
Plaintiffs' Complaint. '
