This cause coming on for trial on March 25, 1975 and the y

Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds ~
and determines: that this Court has jurisdiction of the parties ~

and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage ~
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis- ~
solved. It is thereupon '
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ l. The marriage between JERQME T. CROGHAN anti MILDRED C.

CROGHAN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and

~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony ~
~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising ~

~ therefrom.

~ 2. Custody of MICHAEL THOMAS CROGHAN and LAURA ELLEN
~ CROGHAN, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to MILDRED

~ C. CROGHAN, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JEROME T.
~ CROGHAN.

3. Commencing Friday, March 28, 1975 JEROME T. CROGHAN
- shall pay to MILDRED C. CROGHAN the sum of Fifty ($50) Dollars each
and every we~k as alimony until the minor children have each reached
the age of their majority, marry, become self-supporting or die,
