Alimony is to be paid by the Husband to ~ the Wife only during the dependency of the minor children, or either of them, and the children are in the custody of the Wife and the Wife is occupied in making a home for the children. ' ~ P 4. Commencing Friday, I~iarch 28, 1975, JEROME T. CROGHAN ~ ~ shall pay to MILDRED C. CROGHAN the sum of Twenty-five ($25) Dollars ~ each and every week for the support of the minor child, MICHAEL ~ THOMAS CROGHAN, and the sum of Twenty-five ($25) Dollars each and ` every week for the support of the minor child, LAURA ELLEN CROGHAN, - until he or she reaches his or her majority, becomes self-supporting, ~ marries or dies, whichever event occurs first. All payments by the Husband to the Wife for alimony and ; ~ child support shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him ~ remitted promptly to MILDRED C. CROGHAN. In addition, there is ; hereby assessed the sum of $1 as statutory costs to be added to ~ each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, ~ mone order or cashier's check. Both of the ~ y parties are ordered to I` keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence ~ ' addresses at all times while this order is in effect. ~ ~ 5. The Wife, MILDRED C.
