in the home on Orange Avenue Extension the Husband shall make the
major and necessary repairs, maintenance and replacements in the
home in order to maintain the property as a home for the Wife and
minor children. This requirement shall extend only to the major
items such as painting, new well, roof, etc., necessary for the
preservation of the dwelling for the use of the family and the
benefit of the Husband. The Husband is not required to make
repairs or replacements to or maintain the swimming pool, or to
provide for the husbandry of any of the animals which the R•Zfe and
minor children may keep at the home on Orange Avenue Extension or
other residence.
~ 6. The Wife, MILDRED C. CROGHAN, has no special equity
or interest ir. the real or personal property owned by the Husband,
JEROME T. CROGHAN, and the said MILDRED C. CROGHAN is not awarded
an ownership interest in the marital home located on Orange Avenue
' Extension, but solely the right to live in the home during the

; dependency of the minor children in order that the minor children

~ shall have a home provided for them during their dependency.

s 7. That the Husband, JEROME T. CROGHAN, shall be respon- ~

~ sible for and pay allAm~ed~ca•l ~hd dental expenses of the minor

~ children, and thew~s me cal and s~~r dental expenses of the

u Wife, only and so long as the minor children are dependent and

~ c ed their ma~ority, married, become self-supporting ~

~ or died, whichever event may occur first. The Husband shall not be ~

- responsible for any medical or dental expenses of the Wife after the

~ children above named are no longer dependent.

R 8. The Husband is not required to provide private school-
- ing for the minor children by order of this Court, although the
' Court recognizes the importance thereof.
