t This cause was heard after notice, upon the Petitioner's ~
demand for temporary relief while this cause is pendinq. The
court having heard the evidence presented and the argwnent of
the Petitioner and her counsel, the Respondent electing not to
appear, and being fully advised, it is:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that sole custody of the minor child, ;
~ CARMINE RACQUEL THOMAS, is awarded to the Petitioner, Georgia
;
Bell Thomas; that the Respondent, George David Thomas, is `

ordered to forthwith pay to the Petitioner the sum of Twenty-five ;
Dollars per week as alimony, pendente lite, and Z~aenty-five
Dollars per week for the support of the child, beginning on
~ March 31, 1975. It is further ~

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, George David ; ;

= Thomas, is enjoined and restrained from coming about, molesting, '

~ harming or annoying the Petitioner, Georgia Bell Thomas, and `

~ their daughter, Carmine Racquel Thomas, and is ordered and "

~ directed to remove himself and his personal effects from the

~ dwelling occupied by the Petitioner and the daughter of the
~ parties, located at 117 1/2 Alma Court, Fort Pierce, Florida, : j
