STIPULATION AND PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
This Stiputation and Property Settlement Agreement entered
into Lhts l~th day o! February, A.D., 1975, by and between
BEN STENART, hereafter called the Husband. and CATHY l0U STEWART.

were marrted to each other on the 17th day of June, 1972, in
Fort Pierce. St. Luc1e County, Florlda. and that there have been f
no chlldren born as issus of said marriage. ~
That 1n consequence ot the disputes and irrecanctlable

~ dlfferences. the parties destre to settle thetr respecttve propert

E rights and propetty distribution as tollows: _
