Purchaser, by acceptance and execution af this Receipt,
acknowledges that this purchsse of a condominium unit at OCEAN
VILL7IGC OF IIUTCHINSON ISLA2JD is subject in every respect to the
Declaration of Condominiu:n as to the condominium in which tiis unit
is located and ~xhibits attached thereto, including Vut not limited
to (whether the satne are attached to tlie Declaration or referred to
therein), the By-La~vs of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
the Rules and Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, cony
of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser,
and all Amendments to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibi.ts and the
Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association; and Purchasez
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said
Declaration, its-Exhibits, and budg~t, sales brochure and floor plan,
and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is
essential to the successful operation and management of the Condo-
minium property and is in the best interests and for the benef it of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and
every provision of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and conf irms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under
the Property Owners' Association documents referred.to above and the
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur-
chaser acknowledqes and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association has encumbered
and inpressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purch:ser, as securitv for his obligations under the said Declara-
tion of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Associa-
tion and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property
i Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirr.?s
; that all warranties, representations and inducements if any, are as
! contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
! attached thereto, and the common expenses and the sums due under the
~ Property Owners' Association and other charges are estimated only.
` ~To warranty or guaranty is made or intended, nor may one be relied
F except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed in
~ said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
