MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGRESMENT j
~ THIS AGREEMENT, made this 14th day of June 1974, by
a~d be~tween,FORT PIERCE AUTO SALES, INC., a Florida corporation,
hereinafter designated as mortgagor, and WABASSO SAND AND
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a Florida corporation, hereinafter designated
as the mortgagee, and ~ ~
WHEREAS, said mortgagor has heretofore executed a mort-
gage to said mortgagee, dated May 7, 1973, in the principal sum of
$13,000.40, which is recorded in Official Record Book 213, page
2542, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering
property described in said mortgage,
IT IS THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration
modified in the following manner: ~.~3 ~-~O/ - Q031v - Y>DU~S
1. The term of aforesaid mortgage is extended
to mature one year from date hereof.
2. The interest rate is hereby modified from
8~ to 15$, interest payable monthly. i
