, This day this cause came on to be heard on the motion
of the Defendant, Charles DeVere,,for an.order directing the
transfer of real estate from the Plaintiff to the Defendant
herein pursuant to the previous orders of this Court dated 3

November 19, 1969. The Court being .fully advised in the premises
, finds said motion to be well taken and hereby sustains the same.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED
~ that Lots 12 and 13 of Block 149 of PORT ST. LUCIE Section 27
St. Lucie County, Florida, be transferred from the name of
Catherine M,arie DeVere to Charles DeVere pursuant to the Court
order of the Franklin County Court of Domestic Relations.
The Court further finds that the Defendant, Charles
DeVere, has com lied with the previous order of the Court ~

i relative to paying certain indebtedness of the partieS and that i`
