Britton, deceased, came on this day to be heard, and it appearing that due and

for final discharge has been published as required by law, and the said Eddie M.
Ohi, Jr. as such Executor, aforesaid, has accounted for ali the said estate, and
is entitled to discharge upon making distribution and filing satisfactory evidence
thereof; and it further appearing that the said Executor now has on hand the
following assets, for distribution:
