In this instrument the singular shall include the plurol and the mauuline ahall include the feminine and
neuter. All rights and obligations under this mortgage ahall extend to and be binding upon the ~espective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors end assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
