CO-EXECUTRICES' DEED
THIS II~IDENTURE, Executed the day of February, 1975,
between LOUISE PAIMER and JEANNS PALMER SCOTT, As Co-Executrices
of the Estate of W. A. PALMER, Deceased, Parties of the First Part,
and LEL~1 MORRIS, a widow, whose address is 701 North 19th Street,

Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, Parties of the Second Part,
W I T N E S S E T H:
The Parties of the First Part, pursuant to Order of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated February
1975, and in consideration of the premises and of the full payment
of an Agreement previously entered into between W. A. PALMER and
the Grantee herein, and other good and valuable consideration in
hand paid, grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and
confirm to the Parties of the Second Part and to their heirs, successors
and assigns forever, that certain real property situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
