the Rulcs and Regulations, copy of projected oaerating budgct, cony
of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purcl:~sed by Purchaser,
and all Amendments to ti~e aforesaid Declaration and E::hibits and the
Article~ oi Incorparation, By-Lacas and Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictions of the Prop~rty U~~ners' Association; and Purchaser
further ackno:•~ledges rcceipt of and reading and er.amination of said
Declaration, its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floar plan,
and acknoe:-l~:dges that each and every provision of ~he foregoing is
essential to the successFul operstion and management af tnc Condo-
minium prop~rty and i~ in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all oeaners of parccls in tlie
aforedescrib~d Condo:n~nium covenant and agree to abide by each and
ever.y provision of said Declaration of Gbndominium and Exhibits
~attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration .of Condominium
and ~xhibit~ attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under
thc Property Ocmers' Association documents referred to above and the
provisi.ons thereof are reasonable, fair and equita:.~le, and said Pur-
