FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Plaintiff's
. Motion for Final Judgment. It appears from the record that a
Default was duly entered against the Defendant above shown, and
the Plaintif€, having filed sworn proof of the account stated
sued upon in proof of its cause of action, and the Court finds
from the proofs produced and filed herein that there is now
due, and owing from the Defendant, to the Plaintiff, the sum
of $Z878.00 as principal, and the further sum of $ 122.07 as ~
interest on said account.
IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED by the Court that the Plaintiff
I JOE MIDDLETON & COMPANY, INC., a Florida corporation, do have

r and recover from the Defendant, TOM PHILLIPS, individually,
