has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the ~ote secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel-and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said
morigage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said County to cancel the same of record.
