FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the underaigned and if more thun one, jointly and sevezally (the Diaker), does hereby
co~enunt and promise to pay to the prder of Sun Bank of St. Lucie County or to its successors or assigr?s (collectively the
Payee), at its principal office at 111 Orange Ave., Fort Pierce. Fla, or at such other place us the Pn~ee may designate
to the Maker in ~riting from time to time, in legal tender of the United States, the Principal Amount together w-ith ~
interest at the Interest Rate on the unpaid balance of the Principal Amoun~
The sums due and owinR hereunder shall be payable during the Amortization Period in equal monthly instalmenta,
each in the amount of the Inatalment Payment. the [irst such Instalment Payment to be made on the First Inatalment
Payment Date and subeeyuent Inatalment Paymenta on the.Y~~ay of each month thereafter until the Maturity Date
wheceupon the entire unpaid balance ot pri~cipal and intereat accrued and unpaid thereon shall become due and pay- ~
able; each such instalment when paid shall be applied tiret to the payment of interest on the unpaid balance at the In-
terest Rate and the remainder thereof to payment on account of principal.
If any Instalment Payment shall nof be paid when due, then the entire principal sum and accrued interest here-
under shall become due and payable at qnce or thereafter, at the option of the hoider of this Note. The Payee may, at ~
its option, collect a late charge not to e:ceed two cents tor each one dollar of each Instalment Payment not paid when
due to reimburse the Payee for expenses of senricing delinquent Inatalment Payments. Failure to eYercise these options
shall not constitute a waiver of the right to ezemise the same in the event of any subsequent defavlt. ~
It L4 further agreed that the Maker and each endorser, surety, guarantor. jointly and eeverally, ahall pay all costa of
collection of this Note, including a reasonrible attorney's [ee, on tailure to pay any Instalment Payment or any accrued
interest due hereunder on the due date theteof. This Note and all sums due hereunder shall bear intetest at the highest
lawful rate of interest per annum in the State of Florida from the date when the principal and accrued intereat under
this Note shall be due and payable_ The total interest payable hereunder shall not in any one year e:ceed the highest
lawful rate ui interest in the State of Florida.
This Note is secured by a Mortgage, dated the date hereof, of pmperty situated in the State of Florida. ;

The Maker agrees that it shall be bound by any agreement e:tending the time or modifying the above terms of ~
~ payment, made by the Payee and the owner or owneis of the property a[fected by said Mortgage, whether with or with-
' out notice to the Maker, and the Maker shall continue liable to pay the amount due hereunder, but with interest at a
` rate no greater than the Interest Rate, accordinR to the terms of any such agreement of e:tension or modification

~ The unpaid balance of the Principal Amount, plus accrued interest shall become due and payable at the option of
~ the Payee under the happening of an event by which said bafance ahall or may become due and payable under the terms
of said Mortgage. ~

~ any extension or extensions of the time of, or tor the payment ot said principal or interest, or any change or changes in
the amount or amounts agreed to be paid under or by virtue ot the obligation to pay provided for in this Note, or any ~
~ change or changes by way of release or surrender or substitution of any real property and collateral, or either, held as ;
~ security for this Note, and w~aive all and every kind ot notice of such eztension or e:tensions, change or changes, and ~
