ORDER
This cause having come to be heard upon the Motion of the ~
,
Wife for temporary relief and the Court having heard the arguments
of counsel and beinq otherwise fully advised in the premises, it
is thereupon .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaws:
1. That a mutual restraining order is hereby entered against
both parties until a final judgment in this matter has been entered, ;
whereb~ each party is restrained from interfering with, molesting, ~
~
threatening, harass~ng, or in any way interfering with the quiet ~
i
enjoyment of life by the other party. ~ '

2. That temporary custody of the minor child of the parties, ~

Amity Short, is hereby qiven to the Wife, subject to the Husband

~ having reasonable rights of visitatiori with the said child, the

` guidelines of such visitation being as follows:
a. That in liqht of the tender age of the child and
~ the long working hours of the Husband, the Husband shall visit with
the child on weekends for a period which shall not exceed three hours.
b. In light of the mutual restrai~ing order which has
been temporarily entered against the parties, the Husband shall come
to visit with the child at the home of the parents of the Wife, after =
giving reasonable notice of his desire to visit with the child.

5 c. That a condition precedent to the right of the !

~ Husband to visit with the child is that he be in a sober state when ;
~ ~
~ he comes to visit with tfie child and that during the period he is
