corporation under the laws of the United States of Amerita, the owner of a certain mortgage given by
Peter F. Carter ~ Paula B. Carter, his wife dated February 21, ~9 73 , and recorded
in the public records of St Luc i A County, Florida, in Official Retord Book 211 on page
664 s 665 , securing the payment of the sum of

has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest mnveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Cirtuit Court of the afore-
said Counry to cancel the same of record.
