THE SAID LANDLORD covenants with ihe said Tenant that Landlord has good right to
lease said premises in manner aforesaid, and that Laadlord will sufl~er and permit said Tenant (Tenaat
keeping all the covenants on Tenant's ~art, as hereinafter contained) to occupy, possess and enjoy said
~ premises daring the term aforesaid, w~thout hindrance or molestation from Landlord or any person claim-
