This cause came on to be heard before me upon the Pe~-~tio~%~`~ ~

for Order Confirming Distribution and for Discharge of Corneal B.
~Myers, as Executor of the Estate of HEINRICH G. ROFIDE, deceased,
and it appearing to the Court that Corneal B. Myers has satis-
factorily administered all the goods, chattels, rights and credits
;
of the decedent, and has distribu~ed to the non-charitable bene- ~
#
ficaries of the Estate i.n accordance with the provisions of the
decedent's Last Will and Testament; that he is now prepared to
~ t
distribute the remaining assets in the Estate to the Trustee of _
the charitable trust established under the Last Will and Testament
~
f of the decedent; that all non-charitable legatees have filed
;
~ ~
~ receipts for their assets received under the decedent's Will;
t
~ that Notice of Final Report and Application for Discharge has been

~ published once each week for four c~nsecutive weeks and proof of
~
publication of same has been filed in the Court file; that the
First and Final Accountings have been duly filed in the Court file -

~ and there have been.no objections to same; and that Corneal B.

~ Myers has performed all other acts necessary to his final discharge,

" and there being no objections to the entry of this Order, and the
:5 Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it, therefore, ;
