ST. LUC IE County, Florida, upon the following described piece or
parcel of land. situate and being in ST. LUCIE County, State of Florida, to-wit:
North 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the. NW 1/4 of. Section 24,
Township 35 South, Range 38 East, subject to all road
rights-of-way and easements for public roads and drainage
canal~. Together with an irrigation pump, Briggs & Strat-
ton engine, 1,000 feet of main line 6-inch aluminum pipe,
and two 600-foot 5-inch sprinkler line aluminum pipe, and
all citrus trees located on said property. ~
