to administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally

appeared JAMES W. PIOWATY and A ROGER STOTZ, Vice-President ~
and Trust Officer of ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Fort Pierce, ~
Florida, as Trustees of the WILLIAM J. PIOWATY REVOCABLE TRUST,
dated the 20th day of January, 1967, and say as follows: That
affiants are the Trustees of -the aforementioned trust and that
said trust has not been revoked and is in full force and effect;
affiants further state that among the powers granted to affiants
by the Settlor of said trust are the following powers: "To
transfer, sell, exchange, partition, lease, mort~age, pledge, ~
give options upon, or otherwise dispose of any property at any
time held by them, at public or private sale or otherwise, for
cash or other consideration, or on credit, and upon such terms ~
and conditions, with or without security, and for such prices

as they may determine, and to extend loans, taking back mort- ~
gages as security for said loans." ~
Affiants further state that said powers have never ~
a
! been revoked or amended by the Settlor and that the same have ~
~
€ been exercised continuously by the Trustees since the inception

3 of the trust, nearly four years ago.
