at Page 9, of the public records of St. Lucie

I hereby certify that on this day before me, an officer duly
qualified to take acknowledgments, personally appeared BONITA WOOD-
WARD KEYES, to me well known to be the person subscribed hereunder
and states that:
1. That she is the surviving spouse of RICHARD Q. KEYES, de- ;
ceased, who died on December 6, 1974.
2. That the said RICHARD Q. KEYES and IDA F. KEYES were -
married on March 4, 1969. That the said Richard Q. Keyes and
Ida F. Keyes were husband and wife on the date they acquired title
to the above described property, i. e., September 24, 1970, and `
that said marital relationship continued uninterrupted thereafter
until the death of the said IDA F. KEYES on April 4, 19?4; that this ;
affiant was married to the said Richard Q. Keyes after the death of
the said Ida F. Keyes. .
