ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELEIF

This cause coming on to be heard on he wife~s petition
for temporary relief and the court having heard the testimony of the
wife and the husband not being present, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the wife shall have exclusive
possession of the marital home at 1705 N. 15th Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida together with all furniture, fixtures and appliances therein.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUGED that the wife shall have
temporary custody of the minor children of the parties to wit: Rosiland
Genell Minnis, age 3 and Rosco Osborne Minnis, age 6 months.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the husband shall pay
as temporary alimony and temporary child support the sum of $75.00 per
week beginning Friday, March 28, 1975.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the husband shall
vacate the marital premises immediately.
~f IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that a copy of this Order on
