The Grantee by acceptance of the foreqoinq Warranty Deed and execution of thfs
Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee, acknowledqes receipt of copies of the
~eclaration of Condwainiwa described above, including the provisions of all of its
exhibits, and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does further
hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provisions (includinq the WINDMILL VILLAGE
HY THS SEA RECREAT20N CENTER LFASE as f±led for record in Official~Records Bpok 189 on
Pa~ges 1829 through 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County. Florida, and the acts
of Che Oflicers and Directors of WINDMILL VILLAGE BY TE~ SEA CONDOMINiUM NO. 1
ASSOCIATION. INC.. a Florida corporation not for profit, in makinq and enterinq into said

representations and inducewents concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and
real property described above.
