by Egan made pursuant to this agreement the sum
of $1.25 per packed box.
Last: Egan shall promptly account and pay to ~
Owner for the then remaining balance of the groceeds ~

of such fruit sales. At such time as all advances made ~

hereunder by Egan are paid in full, all net proceeds will =

be paid to Owner. ~

5. Owner agrees to reimburse Egan for all-sums by Egan ~

advanced hereunder, including the administrative charge of 10~ f

per box as hereinbefore provided, all in the manner as herein- ~
before set forth. ~
6. In order to secure Egan in the repayment of the sums

due and to become due Egan hereunder, Owner grants Egan a lien ~
; on the citrus crops emanating from the 1975 Spring Bloam, and
~
i those crops thereafter produced by said groves for the duration
~
~ of this agreement and so long as Egan remains unpaid.

~ 7. Upon the termination of this agreement by lapse of
time, or otherwise, all advances and charges theretofore made
by Egan to or for the account of Owner, shall be due and payable
by Owner to Egan, and the same shall continue as a lien upon ~
i
~ the citrus crop then in being, and succeeding citrus crops until ~
~
~ such advances and charges are fully paid. And so long as such
advances and charges remain unpaid, Egan shall continue in the
y
~ right to harvest and market said citrus crops until paid in full.
