THIS CAUSE, coming on this day to be heard, upon the Motion ~
of the Plaintiff, ELSIE MAE WHITE, by her undersigned attorneys,
for the entry of a final decree as provided by laws of the State of
Florida, upon the Plaintiff's Complaint to Quiet Title, the Default
Judgments previously entered in this action against the knawn and ~

unknown defendants, the Answer of the Guardian Ad Litem and ~
attorney for the unknown defendants, and the defendants whose
military status is unknawn, and the Answer of the Defendant, ~
John Wesley White, through his attorney, and the Court being fully ~

' and further advised in the premises, in consideration of such ~

~ CONSIDERED, ORDERED, AND DECREED as follows: ~

1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties to the ~

cause, and the subject matter. ~

2. That the equities of this cause are with the Plaintiff, '
and the said Plaintiff is entitled to all of the relief prayed
against the Defendants.
3. That the default judgments previously entered herein be
and the same are hereby affirmed, ratified, and made absolute.
~ 4. That a guardian ad litem and attorney appointed by this

Court to represent the interests of absent and unknown defendants,

~ defendants who may be in the military service of the United States,
~ and defendants who are minors or otherwise under legal disability,
has filed his answer in this aetion.
