That it appears to the satisfaction of this Court that = ~ ~ none of the Oefendants to this action are minors, or otherwise t under leqal disability, and that none of the Defendants are in ~ ~ the military service of the United States, and the Plaintiff is ~ ~ ~ hereby relieved of the requirement of posting bond to protect the ~ ~ interest o£ Defendants who may be in the military service or ~ defendants who may be minors or otherwise under legal disability: ~ 6. That the Plaintiff and the Defendant, John Wesley White, ~ are hereby declared to be the fee simple and absolute owners of the following described real property situated in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida: ~ Lot 1, Block 44, Plat 3, SUNI~AND GARDENS, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, page 67, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~0/-O~/~ "~cJ0~0 _ 7. That the Plaintiff and the Defendant, John Wesley White, acquired title to said tract of land under and by virtue of a 1 i ~ warranty deed from M. A. Turner and Lecy O. Turner, his wife, # ~ who acqui.red title by virtue of a tax deed from the County of ; St. Lucie, State of Florida, dated April 3, 1967, which deed ~ was duly and regularly executed and recorded in the public records I of St. Lucie County, Florida, on April 3, 1967, in O. R. Book 165, i ~ at Page 1545; that the County of St. Lucie acquired title to said E ~ ~ land under and by virtue of a tax sale for the non-payment of taxes : upon a tax assessment duly and regularly made upon said land ~ and a sale and de£ault of the payment of said tax by the Tax , ~ Collector of said County; and that the assessment and all pro- : ~ ; ceedings had therein for the sale of said lands in default of the ~ payment of taxes, and the issuance of the tax deed by the tax ~ ~ collector of St. Lucie County to M. A. Turner and Lecy O. Turner, ~ ~ his wife, and all proceedings by which the Courity of St. Lucie ~ conveyed the said lands to M. A. Turner and Lecy O. Turner, - his wife, was strictly in conformity with the law; that said i ~ ~ ~ taxes were duly and regularly assessed, and that the sale for ~ ~ non-payment thereof was duly and regularly had, and that the ~ : deed from the County of St. Lucie to M.
