8. That all right, title, and interest of the Defendants
other than John Wesley White, and all persons claiming by, through, ~

right, title or interest in the lands since the filing of said ~

suit, be and the same are hereby quieted, vacated, set aside and.
cancelled as clouds upon the title of the Plaintxff and Defendanti,
John Wesley White, in and to the above described real property,
and that the title of the plaintiff and the defendant, John
Wesley White, in and to this property be and is hereby forever
quieted, cleared and confirmed, and forever fully and completely
established as against all of the defendants to this action, ,

whomsoever shall claim by, through or under them, and all '
persons having or claiming to have any right, title or interest
in the land involved in this action since the filing of this
