NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
Notice is hereby given to all whom it may concern that on
the 7th day of April, 1975, MAX BASSIN, BERNARD PASKIN, DAVID
HORNSTEIN, HOMER HOYT and GERTRUDE M. HOYT, his wife, instituted
a suit against the above-named defendants in the Circuit Court in
and for St. Lucie County, " ida. The relief sought for in said
; suit is the foreclosure ortgage on the following described

~ property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Parcel 1: Government Lots 6 and 7, Section 18, Township
35 South, Range 41 East, LESS AND EXCEPTING:

(2) That part thereof lying within SO' of the
` centerline of State Road AlA which is described
as beginning on the South boundary of said Govern-

Southeast corner of said Government Lot 8, run
thence North 18°39'15" West, a distance of 819.04
feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the
