ORDTR ON TEMPORARY INJUNCTION
This cause coming on to be heard without notice on the Petition
of the Plaintiff for a Temporary Injunction against D.A.D. Inc. from
foreclosing its tax certificates on certain properties at 10:00 A.M.,
April 8, 1975, St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida;
and the file and the Petition exhibiting that the Judgment requires
that the Defenant, D.A.D. Inc. and Edgewater Ranches, Inc. and others
"...to further deliver to the aforesaid receiver any and all other
assets in which the Defendants have an interest, legal or equitable."
and it further being noted that said Final Judgment entered by this
Court, on August 17, 1973 directing the delivery is now on certiorari
appeal to the Supreme Court of Florida, said Judgment having been
sustained by the Fourth District Court of Appeal and further that said '
Defendants did,not post a supersedeas bond on either appeal and the j
; Court being duly advised in the premises, it is therefore

E ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Roger Poitras, Clerk of the Circuit

~ Court is hereby temporarily enjoined from making the sale of said
~ `
~ properties to satisfy tax certificates No. 471, 1966 certificate sold
to D.A.D. Inc.; No. 527, 1R67 tax certificate sold to Edgewater Ranches, ;
Inc.; and No. 732, 1969 tax certificate sold to D.A.D. Inc.; and
further that D.A.D. Inc. and Edgewater Ranches, Inc. are enjoined.
from disposing of said certificates. .
