DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the Sth day of April, 1975, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is =
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOSEPH EDWARD ~

VARNES and GLENDA FAYE VARNES be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
~ arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of Candace Varnes, age nine (9) years, and
~ .
~ Bryan Varnes, age (6) years, minor chindren of the parties, is hereby

~ awarded to the Wife with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the
~ Husband.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the ~ day of ~ , 1975,
the Husband, JOSEPH EDWARD VARNES, shall pay to GLENDA FAYE VARNES, the
sum of $25.00 per week per child, for the support of the children named

~ above, for a total amount of $50.00 per week, eadzand every week.

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
" remitted promptly to GLENDA FAYE VARNES. In additiori there is hereby

~ assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
~ -
~ made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
~
~ cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk
.
~ of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
times while this order is in effect. ~Q
