This cause came on for trial the 8th day of April, 1975
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and ~
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is,
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of this ~
~ Court against THOMAS FRANK FAGAN be and the same is hereby approved, ~
~ ~
f ratified and confirmed. ~
,
~ 2. The marriage between THOMAS FRANK FAGAN and HELEN
JULIA FAGAN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
;
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri- ~
I
mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom. ~

~ 3. Custody of DONNA FAGAN, DEBRA FAGAN, DIANE FAGAN and
~
~ JODY FAGAN, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to-HELEN
~
JULIA FAGAN, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to THOMAS
FRANK FAGAN.
