wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between s
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of this

Court against JAMES L. MIDDLETON be and the same is hereby approved,
