It is, ~ thereupon ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: l. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of this i Court against JAMES L. MIDDLETON be and the same is hereby approved, ~ € ratified and confirmed. ~ ~ 2. The marriage between JAMES L. MIDDLETON and ROBYN C. ~ ~ MIDDLETON b~ and the same is hereby dissolved, and~the parties and ~ F ~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony - ; heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising ± , I ~ therefrom. ~ ~ ~ 3.
