Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing
certain note in the sum of ~21,322.89
Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel Lot 837 of Venture Out at Indian River, Inc., a condominium,
according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in official records
Book 210 at page 1402, et seg, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. As provided for by the Condominium Act of the Statutes of the State
of Fla. (Chapter 711, Fla Statutes 1965 et.se~c.,) said description in this
conveyance includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the Condominium
Parcel described, including the limited common elements assigned thereto and '
including the undivided interest in the common elements of said Condominium, ~
and, also, all other property, real or personal, situated in St. Lucie County, ;
Florida, now owned, as well as that which may be hereafter acquired by the

hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed,
and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said
Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
