KNOW AlL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: `
NHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of Air,erica, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages ~
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October, ~
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental '
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc1e County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Luc1e County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortga~ge Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured ;
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
, Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
_ part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First Natianal City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Ten Thousand Sevent Five & 00/100-----

does rem~se, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the
~ lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its '
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated ~
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortga~e; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall ~n anywise impair, -
~ alter or diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid ~
~ Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
