agree to be bound by the covenants and agreements contained in Uniform Covenants numbered 1 through 17
and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18, 19, 20 and 22 of the master form of mortgage recorded in the
off ce of the clerk of the circuit court of the cowaty in wbich the Property is located and in which this 1~lortgage
is offered for record on the date, in the volume and at the page as follows:

Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 1~J, 20 and 2~ of this Liortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all references
to the Properry, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of mortgage and
incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note defined
herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the pmvisions hereby incorporated
by reference into ihis Mortgage.

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borro~ver, Lender, at Lender's option within hventy years from the
8ate of this tilortgage, may make Future Advances to Borro~vcr. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon,
shall be secured by this ~tortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby.
At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this 4lortgage, not including sums advanced
in accordance here~vith to protect the security of this \Iortgage, exceed the original amount of the Note plus
