heretofore filed by the Plaintiff to obtain a temporary res- :

training.order, and an order pursuant to Florida Statutes 78.065 ~

. authorizing the issuance of a Writ of Replevin prior to judgment, ~
and the Court having examined the Complaint and Affidavit of
Plaintiff in supgort thereof, and the Court finds that the De-

i fendant has not waived its right to be notified and heard, and
( upon due consideration thereof, it is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

l. That Defendants, and each of them, be and they are ~
hereby restrained from selling, disposing of, concealing, trans- ~

ferring or damaging or in any way diminishing the value of the ;

personal property described in the Complaint in Replevin filed ~
in this cause, pending further hearing and further order of this
Court.
2. That the Defendants appear at a hearing before the
Honorable James E. Alderman , one of ~he Judges of the
