by the Sheriff of St. Lucie County or a Process Server appointed
'by this Court upon the Defendants on or before the 20th day of

3. That personal service as provided by law shall be
' made on the Defendants if such service is possible or in the
event that the officer serving the Orde.r is unable to personally
~ serve said Defendants as provided by law within the time specified.
in the preceding paragraph, the officer shall place a copy of

in the claimed property, or on the main entrance of the Defendants' ,

shall be effective to afford notice to the Defendants of the above
cause order, but for no other purposes.
5. That the Defendants have the right to file Affidavf.t
on their benalf with the Court and may appear personally or by way
of an attorney and present testimony on their behalf at the time

4 of the hearing or the Defendants may, upon a finding by the Court

~ that the Plaintiff is entitled to possession of the claimed pro-
~ perty, pending final adjudication of the claims of the parties,
~ file with the Court a written undertaking executed by the surety,
~ approved by tne Court, in an amount equal to the~value of the
property, to stay an order authorizing delivery of the property
to the Plaintiff.
6. That if the ~7efendants fail to appear, it shall
~
~ be deemed to have saaived its right to a hearing and that in such
~ case the Court may order the Clerk of the Court to issue a Writ
of Replevin.
