The Grantor, as owner of the real property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida, described in the attached Deed
being a portion of Section 23, Township 36 South, Range
40 East, desires to and does hereby impose upon the said
real property the following restrictions and covenants:
1. Any residential construction on the•premises
s:all contain not 2ess than 1000 square feet of living
area exclusive of carports, attached garage and porches.
2. No livestock, exceptin g only horses and cattle,
sc.all be kept or maintained on the premises at any ti~e.
3. No poultry shall be kent or maintained on the
premises for coznmercial purposes.
4. ~o dog kennels, cat kenr.e2s or other kennels
rnay be maintained on the premises at any time for
co~~ercial purposes.
5. T:zere snall not be created or permitted to exist
on any part of the said property any dumping ground, accumu-
iations of debris, exposed garbaye, or any foul smelli.^.g
, matter whatsoever.

~ 7. If any person shall violate or attempt to violate
~ u:.y of zhe covenants, restrictior.s or easer.ients herein, it
~ s~all be lawful for any other person o~ persons o~aning any
~~:a2 property si~uated in said section to prosecu~e any
proceedings at law or in equity against the perons or pe•rson
vio2ating or attempting to vialate the same and either to
orevent him or them frora so doing or to recover damages for
such violation.
~ - 3. The roregoir.g restrictions, covenants, burdens ~
~r,cl servitudes shall run with the land and shall remain in ~
~ £ull force and effect until June l, 1982 at which time they °
~ s:all auto~atically become null and void and of no further
~ effect.
